Shaping Up!

After several days of getting scratched and bitten - by chicken wire! - the cat form has taken shape!

I use chicken wire to complete the curves and character of the cat. It adds strength to the form as well. Not an easy job but I'm so happy with how it turned out.

And then the fun stuff!

Next phase is covering the entire chicken wire covered form with layers of drywall papier-mâché. Should take 3 to 4 days but it's waaaay more fun than working with chicken wire!
