This is among my meowltiple cat-themed Letter of Intent submissions for next year's BRC Honoraria grant cycle. I've decided to just roll with my crazy cat lady status!!

Quick Summary

P.U.R.R.R. is a playful clowder of freestanding, dual panel, giant cat silhouettes. Nested in between each pair of big cat panels is a set of steps leading up to a “mewing” platform, from which purrticipants can survey the playa and spy on the other cats.

Inspurration

This acronym appeared in "The Hidden Tiger", a 1967 episode of the classic British television series The Avengers, not the Marvel Comics or cinematic universe. In the episode, P.U.R.R.R. was a villainous organization that intended to use radio transmitters to make ordinary household cats savagely violent and overwhelm England. The organization's members even had cat-themed names like Mr. Cheshire, Angora, and Manx.
